Wouldn’t it be nice if parenthood could pick a lane?
Like at 9 p.m. you’re sad because you miss them while they sleep.
And then the next morning you’re swearing when they woke up at 5 am.
One minute you feel like a superhero parent when you made homemade baby food.
And the next you’re frustrated to the point of tears when they won’t take a bite.
You basically run Mommy Boot Camp for months trying to get them to walk.
And you regret every second of that effort when all they do is play in the Tupperware drawer.

Born, Raised, (and will probably die) in Indy
I tried to quit this place once, but I just can’t.
I went out of state for college. Allllll the way down to Alabama. (What was I thinking?)
I got my little booty back here right after graduation, married my husband, and settled in. I love this place more than I can describe and I know you do too if you’re still here. My favorite things about our town:
